1/2 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1 4-inch segment fresh rosemary (remove the leaves and finely mince)
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until well-combined. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
